| a - 140 youth probationers and their families benefited from the Remedial Therapy Programme off the Probation Services Division, designed to rehabilitate young offenders, through group counseling and motivational lectures.
b - 113 persons received counseling from Community Mediation Centres located in Port-of-Spain, Point Fortin, Cunupia and San Juan. Community Mediation offers a peaceful alternative to resolving conflict in communities by equipping persons with the opportunity and skills to better respond to conflict situations. |
