Ministry of Housing

The Housing policy of the Government of Trinidad and Tobago is based on the understanding that every citizen should be able to access adequate and affordable housing regardless of gender, race, religion or political affiliation.  As such the Ministry of Housing has as its Vision, “Providing Quality Housing for Quality Living” and its Mission is to provide “Affordable and Accessible Housing Solutions Toward the Creation of Integrated and Wholesome Communities”.

I am pleased to lead the Ministry of Housing and its agencies in this exciting phase of our development.  As you are aware the Ministry is involved in a massive housing programme, unparalled in our Nation’s short history.
