With many years of experience in the fields of teaching, public relations, advertising, and the management of public affairs Esther Le Gendre is now ready to put her considerable energy into shaping the future of the Tunapuna constituency.

While Esther currently holds the post of Head of ACCA Caribbean where she directs business, key relationships and strategy in 28 Caribbean territories, she formerly held senior positions at H/FCB Limited, The National Insurance Board, Guardian Life of the Caribbean Limited and Atlantic LNG Company of Trinidad and Tobago.

She received her Secondary school education at St. Joseph’s Convent, St. Joseph, and earned a B.A. in General (Arts) and an Executive Masters in Business Administration from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine. Additionally, she has received training and certification in several fields including Internal Brand Management, Corporate Social Responsibility and Community Relations.

Fluent in Spanish and French, Esther is also a current Board Member of Caribbean New Media Group (CNMG), a former Board Member of the Carnival Development Committee and the National Petroleum Marketing Company, and a founding member of the Rotary Club of Maraval.
